$17/Yearbook Before Winter Break; $20/Yearbook if ordering After Winter Break
Ordering Information
Yearbook Orders are ONLINE.
1. Go to: www.balfour.com, type Gayton Elementary School in the search field.
2. Click on the image of the Gayton flag.
3. Begin your yearbook order. When ordering multiple yearbooks, please add one yearbook at a time to your cart in order to assign individual student names.
4. Review and Submit your order. A $1 processing fee will be added to orders. Please retain your confirmation email as this will be your proof of purchase receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact gaytonyearbook@yahoo.com immediately.
5. Consider a Yearbook Donation! This can be done by purchasing an extra yearbook in your order under the name “Donate”. This will allow for a faculty, staff, or student yearbook to be purchased at no charge to the recipient. What an awesome gift!

SHARE YOUR PICTURES WITH THE YEARBOOK
We need your photographs! Please help us give your children their best yearbook ever by submitting your pictures for possible inclusion in the yearbook.

Submitting Your Pictures
Please submit the original size photo file using one of these three options:
1. Upload online. Go to www.images.balfour.com.

2. App from your smartphone
. Download the ImageShare App by Balfour

3. Save to a CD
. Send CD to school in an envelope labeled “Yearbook Pictures.” 
Include your contact info and identify grade, teacher, event and students in photos.
With all three options, please include your contact information and as much identifying information as possible. Without this information, your pictures may not be able to be used. Time constraints prevent us from sifting through blurry or unidentified photos. Please only submit your BEST photos. Please don’t wait too long to submit your photos or it may be too late to include them! It is best to submit pictures of events as they happen.
